A Colorado man has been charged in federal court with cyberstalking his ex-girlfriend and her new boyfriend in Hawaii while repeatedly posing as a different ex-boyfriend, federal prosecutors said Monday.John B. Hart, 53, of Louisville, who previously lived in Hawaii, was arrested Friday in Colorado. Man pleads guilty to threatening Gov. Polis, Adams County prosecutor Hart was temporarily represented by a lawyer from the federal defender’s office when he appeared in court after his arrest. The office has a policy of not commenting on cases to the media. DENVER (KDVR) - Metamorphosis Fitness, a queer-based gym in Denver opened its doors back in 2017 at a location off Colorado Boulevard. The gym's goal is to focus on both physical and mental strength for members of the LGBT community. "Even though there are multiple gyms owned by my community in Denver, we are the only one who specifically caters to [the LGBT] community, 85% of our members identify as a part of that community," Styler Ells, Owner and Manager of Metamorphosis Fitness said Sunday. Ells said there aren't many sober social places for the queer community in Denver, but that the gym offers that. "Our focus is: Move your body, [and] when you move your body, you will be better mentally physically and spiritually," Ells said. Police responded to an aircraft emergency after a Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue helicopter went down as it headed to a call in North Lauderdale. Officials said two people onboard have been injured and one other person onboard is dead; one female also died after the helicopter crashed on a triplex building. According to officials, on Monday, the chopper had just taken off from the Pompano Air Park at 8:42 a.m. and was heading to a call in North Lauderdale regarding a car crash where a vehicle hit a bus stop at Prospect Road and State Road 7. Three minutes later, the BSFR helicopter had an engine failure that occurred shortly after takeoff. The chopper ultimately crashed in the area of 1201 NW 6th Ave. into the triplex. The Pembroke Pines Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying an elderly man who was discovered near 9100 Taft Street, Monday.The man, believed to possibly be named Robert Leslie Smith, was found in a state of confusion and unable to provide any form of identification or contact information for his family.https://twitter.com/PPinesPD/status/1696271509566681437?s=20The police describe him as a white or white Hispanic male, approximately 70 years old, standing at 6 feet tall and weighing around 150 lbs. One person was hospitalized after tractor trailer burst into flames in Deerfield Beach.The incident happened northbound on Interstate 95, Monday afternoon.Two other cars were also involved. Emergency crews were on scene Monday afternoon after a major crash on the northbound side of I-95 in North Attleboro. State police in a social media post said the crash happened near Exit 7 and caused “life-threatening injuries.” Police said at least two cars were involved and all northbound lanes of the highway were closed as of around 4:30 p.m. SKY7-HD over the scene just after 5 p.m. captured video of emergency crews working around two cars with visible damage. One vehicle appeared to have come to a stop on top of a guardrail in the area and there was debris scattered across the roadway. Multiple people appeared in court on Monday for their alleged role in a shooting over the weekend that left eight people wounded near a local festival in Boston.At least four suspects were arraigned in Dorchester District Court, two days after a shooting broke out by the Caribbean Festival on Saturday morning, just as a parade was stepping off.Boston police say the shooting in the area of Blue Hill and Talbot avenues was between rival gang members, and left six men and two women suffering non-life-threatening injuries.Police later arrested Gerald Vick, 30, and Dwayne Francis, 30, both of Dorchester, as well as one of the males shot, Sebastian Fernandez, 21.
