It’s been a busy 2023 for young entrepreneur and LA native, Raven Duran. She recently launched a brand new hospitality branding firm, Casa Blahnka which albeit new, has actually been several years in the making. Like most people, Raven found herself with a serious calling to travel after the travel restrictions were lifted. “I experienced quite a bit of loss in 2020 and because of that, creatively I just couldn’t find my inspiration. SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- A firearm was found after two students got into an altercation Wednesday afternoon at James Denman Middle School, according to the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD). Around 12:23 p.m., officers responded to the incident at the middle school on 241 Oneida Ave. Stabbing at San Jose middle school being investigated by police, student in custody After the altercation between the two students, a school staff member found the firearm. (KRON) -- Highway 1, a major corridor connecting Santa Cruz County to Monterey County along the coast, was fully shutdown for four days because of flooding south of Watsonville.The California Highway Patrol Santa Cruz wrote, "A levee breach has eroded the embankment around the Pajaro Bridge. SAN ANTONIO (AP) — Seven people were injured, one seriously, when a large part of a tree broke off and fell on some occupied benches at the San Antonio Zoo on Wednesday, authorities and a witness reported.The branch “unexpectedly” fell at around noon, the zoo said.
