TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Two Troy men were convicted of killing another man in 2020. Nashone Pinn, 23, and Eric Stroud, Jr., 20, were found guilty of Murder and Criminal Possession of a Weapon. NEW SCOTLAND, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- New developments have been made in the case for the Virginia man accused of murdering a local physician assistant.Jacob Klein was arrested in April 2022 for the stabbing death of Philip Rabadi in his New Scotland home. Klein's attorney has filed a motion to suppress evidence gathered by police the night Klein was arrested, including a gun, his clothing, and statements Klein made to police. His lawyers said police did not have probably cause to arrest Klein, and everything that came after should be tossed out. A judge will now consider the motion.Klein was charged with murder in the second degree. RICHMONDVILLE, N.Y. (NEWS10) — A large brush fire broke out in Schoharie County on Wednesday. Several crews—some reportedly from Otsego and Delaware Counties—responded to Richmondville, near the county line, to fight the blaze. Officials believe the fire was sparked from a passing railroad work car that was clearing brush from the tracks. ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - A woman was taken to a hospital Wednesday evening after being struck by a vehicle in south St. Louis County.A spokesperson from the St. Louis County Police Department said just after 5:30 p.m. they received a call about a robbery at a QuikTrip in the 2000 block of Union Road, located in Mehlville.Upon arrival, the officers found a woman lying in the parking lot. They claimed that a car suspected of being involved in the robbery had hit the woman, causing serious injuries.The description of the vehicle is unknown at this time. The investigation is ongoing. County leaders in the St. Louis area want to stack the 3% local sales taxes that voters approved last week.Berkeley voters approved a 3% marijuana sales tax, as did voters countywide in St. Louis County. A 17-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with an armed home invasion robbery, authorities with the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department announced on Tuesday. Deputies with the Riverside Sheriff’s Moreno Valley Station responded to calls regarding the robbery in the 15100 block of Perris Boulevard at around 6:30 p.m. on March 21. At the scene, deputies found a victim who suffered minor injuries during the incident, though no suspect was arrested. Investigators with the Moreno Valley Station’s Robbery Burglary Suppression Team took over the investigation. Crews are rescuing a downed paraglider with serious injuries in Riverside County on Wednesday night.Firefighters responded to an area north of Soboba Road in unincorporated San Jacinto around 7:02 p.m.The paraglider was trapped in an inaccessible area that required remote rescue equipment and additional resources, according to CAL FIRE/Riverside County Fire Department.The paraglider was found about 4,000 feet up on a hillside among heavy brush, officials said.Firefighters are carrying the injured person down the hill with an estimated journey time of three hours, authorities said.A map of the approximate crash location shows the hillside is near Mt.
