Emergency responder describes fatal crash that killed 4 on SH 130 service road TRAVIS COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) --- KXAN is learning more about a deadly crash in southeastern Travis County Sunday afternoon that killed four people. It was the worst crash a state emergency services employee said they've ever seen. "I've responded to probably a couple of hundred crashes in my lifetime," the employee said. Authorities say Khalil Azad accidentally drowned after fleeing Robbinsdale traffic stop No law enforcement officers will face criminal charges in the death of a man who fled a traffic stop in Robbinsdale. The death was ruled an accidental drowning, prosecutors said Monday.Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty said in a statement that her office found no evidence of inappropriate behavior by law enforcement in the death of 24-year-old Khalil Azad, whose body was found last July on the shore of Crystal Lake. His body was discovered two days after he fled on foot from police who stopped him near the lake on suspicion of drunken driving. Long Lake man charged with murder in fatal shooting LONG LAKE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A Hamilton County man has been charged after a shooting. Patrick Skerrett, 65, was charged with one count of murder in the second degree.The shooting took place around 2:40 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 2. Police said Patrick was in a verbal altercation with Terrance Skerrett, 64, of Lewis, when Patrick fired a gun. Get the latest news, weather, sports and entertainment delivered right to your inbox! Terrance was pronounced dead at the scene, and an autopsy determined the cause of death to be shotgun and gunshot wounds to the head and abdomen. Florissant man accused of stealing cars with tow truck FLORISSANT, Mo. – Rodney Elijah Lewis of Florissant has been charged with four counts of stealing motor vehicles. St. Louis County police claim Lewis was operating a tow truck without proper licensing and was involved in taking cars without authorization.Court documents allege Lewis was working with a partner who claimed to have consent from property owners to tow the vehicles. However, police claim that Lewis and his partner went on to sell the vehicles to a salvage yard and split the proceeds.One of the allegedly stolen vehicles was found in the parking lot of a Circle K near Interstate 70 and Lucas Hunt.
